The DMS IntriMail software solution allows users to send personalised mail to their customers directly from their system. With the Acturis integration, IntriMail can ingest documents flagged for printing, check all required aspects of a pack/letter are present, sequence the documents (e.g. Cover Letter, Schedule, IPID, Policy terms) in the order required, and then process for mailing.
You can send documents in multiple formats such as Word or PDF, as well as system generated documents like invoices and statements.
